Before returning your Apple device, please complete the following steps to ensure your refund is processed without delay:
- Sign out of your Apple ID and iCloud
- Turn off Find My and remove the device from your Apple ID.
- Activation Lock must be disabled.
- Erase all content and settings
- The device must be fully wiped and show the initial setup screen.
- Remove personal items
- Remove SIM cards, watch bands, cases, and any accessories not originally included.
- Ensure the device is ready for resale
- No Apple ID, passcodes, or accounts should remain on the device.
Devices returned with Activation Lock or linked to an Apple ID may be refused or subject to refund delays.
