- Returns are accepted within the first 30-days if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The item must generally be unassembled, in original packaging, and returned with all included materials to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Microcad if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received; in cases of “change of mind,” the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- For certain items (like Marketplace purchases), in-store returns may not be accepted, and returns must be processed through online support channels.
- To initiate a return, buyers are directed to submit a request through the Microcad support portal to select the appropriate form (e.g., for repair/replacement or credit/refund).
