Coverage Duration: All Online orders include a base limited hardware warranty of 90-days. The duration of the warranty and coverage can be upgraded to a full year on request, or at checkout on ITRefurbs.ca and Microcad.ca.

Battery Coverage Duration: A computer battery is considered a consumable component, having only a 30-day warranty. Battery warranty is not extended through extending the base warranty.

Coverage: All warranties cover the cost of parts and labour for hardware failures and defects. Warranty will also cover return to customer shipping for the repaired product.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, product misuse, unauthorized modifications, or liquid damage.

Repair Process: All repairs start with the creation of ticket; this can be done most efficiently online or by emailing support@microcad.ca. The ticket service will keep the client informed with automated messages and updates as the repair progresses.
All products undergo a full diagnostic through our MIST software package to identify any additional underline concerns. Failed components or components not meeting the testing metrics are replaced.
In rare situations parts may not be available to complete a repair and we will replace the product on a like for like bases. Should there be a drastic change to the style or model our support team will reach out to a client before proceeding.
